Do I need a referral?
No. Self-referrals and professional referrals are welcome.
Are sessions covered by Medicare?
Yes. I offer Focused Psychological Strategies under eligible Mental Health Care Plans.
A gap fee applies. Medicare Mental Health Care Plans require a referral from a treating Medical Practitioner.
Do you work with children and families?
Yes. I provide trauma-informed support across the lifespan. I specialise in working with children and young people
under 25, parents, mental health social work and child protection social work.
What happens at the first appointment?
I conduct a full intake assessment to understand your needs and goals.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. I use Cliniko and Heidi with your consent. Confidentiality is maintained except where legally required.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Secure telehealth sessions via Cliniko are available upon request.
