To ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all clients, Paula Gilding works with local off-site personal admin assistants who help manage appointments, invoices and scheduling.

This approach is designed with your privacy and comfort in mind.

By having administrative support located off-site, we ensure that:

  •  Your confidentiality is protected, no admin staff are physically present during counselling sessions.
  • You can feel more at ease knowing that your presence and conversations remain private.
  • Appointments are managed efficiently without interrupting the quiet, therapeutic environment on site.

After making contact, appointments are scheduled by my personal admin assistant. In our initial appointment I conduct a comprehensive intake assessment, adhering to a biopsychosocial matrix, including presenting concerns, relevant history, and therapeutic goals. This informs a collaborative, iterative, formulation and tailored treatment plan. Where children are referred I meet with parents and / or carers in the initial session.

Consent

Consent includes use of Cliniko (secure record-keeping) and Heidi (AI-powered scribe), with privacy and autonomy respected. Clients may withdraw consent or ask questions at any time.
